The Annual Meeting went well thanks to host Prospect Bay. See misga web site for report. My report and article are included below. Sorry I missed playing but know the course looked in good condition. The winners can be added later

REPORT ANNUAL MISGA MEETING PROSPECT BAY APRIL 12, 2010
The intention of submitting the questions on cheating was done simply to stimulate “The Little Grey Cells” as Poirot of Agatha Christie fame was inclined to intone. It usefulness is to make us aware of our Golf Bible - The Rules of Golf as approved by The USGA and R&A Limited.
By protecting the field we protect our selves and the game we honor.
My response to date has been limited, as expected, but interesting. It seems the $5 or $ 5 plus for prizes is not considered money by most. Cheating is minimal—however several (more than expected) did answer Yes with caveats as to why and how penalties would be given to fellow players. Most would not report fellow golfers for rule violation, although they want to protect the field. See attached information below or page2-- found in GOLF Magazine May 2010 page 104. Perhaps the questionnaire was not as idiotic as some proposed. What percentage are you?
Our organization is in need of volunteers to aid in maintaining its goals and standards. It requires effort and dedication to make MISGA successful. A minority of replies indicates working for other groups or “never been asked” as viable reasons for not participating.
Respectfully Submitted,
Tom Tarpley, CH.
